Instructions

1. Prep & Mix Batter:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a 10-12 cup Bundt pan with butter and flour.

  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.

  3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy (3-4 minutes). Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients with sour cream, mixing just until combined. Fold in apples.

2. Bake the Cake:

  • Spoon thick batter into prepared pan, smoothing the top.

  • Bake 50-60 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

3. Make the Glaze:
